Return And Exchange Details

*Please note, items that required custom design work cannot be returned.*

If any items arrives damaged or defective, please contact the shop owner within 48 hours of receipt.

Necklaces:
- If any necklace breaks within 30 days under normal wear conditions and not due to customer misuse, w+b will replace it once the item is received via USPS less the return shipping cost.
- After 30 days, w+b will provide a link and instructions for having a broken chain replaced.
Acrylic:
- If an acrylic item breaks within the first 30 days of receipt given normal wear and tear, I will replace the item at no cost to the customer. Please note, if the customer requested a custom item that 

Apparel:
- For unworn items, I will refund the cost of the item but will not cover return shipping
- If an item arrives damaged, I will work with you to form a solution

Other items:
- As many of our items are handmade, it is written in the description that items may look unique from the product photos. This is often the case with any of our clay items.
- If a customer wishes to return an item, please contact the shop within 48 hours of delivery with reasoning for wanting a refund. It is at the discretion of the shop owner if a return will be accepted.
- If a customer wishes to exchange an item that is not otherwise defective, the customer is responsible for shipping the item back to w+b in order to exchange
